Situated in The Garden Route, Pine Lake Marina offers a Team Building venue with some spectacular views, showing off the best the area has to offer.

Conference

The conference venue accommodates 200 delegates + : We can accommodate 140 max without a stretch tent, incl of a stretch tent 300 max.

Additionally the resort has secondary venues available for breakfasts or light luncheons. Our Pine Boma is the resorts’ outside feet in the sand venue – beautiful views and open fires for a more informal event. Breakaway facilities are available on request.

The venues are perfect for both business and non-business functions including birthdays, parties, team-building events , year-end functions and weddings

The resort’s offers 185 self-catering units, from 2-10 sleeper units. The readily available accommodation means that the delegates need not risk long-distance travel afterwards.

The venue offers all the professional amenities for your audio-visual requirements including excellent sound system, big screen with projector, cordless microphones, and internet access – everything you need to host a successful event. Pine Lake Marina is situated close to George Airport and a shuttle service for guests can be arranged.

Catering

Pine Lake Marina provides an extensive range of country style catering suitable for birthdays, gala dinners, cocktail evenings, potjie kos, traditional braai and spitbraai evenings. Tea breaks with snack platters are also available. Enquire about the resort’s set menus or get in touch with the Functions Coordinator to discuss a theme menu.

Why not be in the forefront of staff care by offering 'Family Conferences'? – Stay with us here...instead of reimbursing transport fare, why not upgrade your staff member's chalet size and allow him to bring along his family. This way his family can enjoy the abundance of activities on offer and the staff member can fully relax with their family, after the days work at the conference (it may even save your company a few bucks – do we see a win-win situation here?).
